It is your responsibility to maintain the accuracy of your Account information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your Account. Donutroll.org shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

Donutroll.org operates as an arcade-style website that exclusively uses Donut Cash for in-game activities. Donut Cash holds no real-world value. You agree that Donut Cash cannot be purchased or exchanged with authentic currency, including but not limited to the US Dollar, or with other users. It is designed solely for entertainment and in-game use on Donutroll.org.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that any Donut Cash, virtual content, or rewards obtained through the Service are entirely fictitious and have no monetary or real-world value. They are intended for use strictly within Donutroll.org's virtual environment and do not represent any form of real-world currency, property, or assets.

You shall not attempt to convert, trade, sell, or exchange Donut Cash or virtual content obtained from Donutroll.org for any real-world currency, goods, or services. Any such attempts are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

Donutroll.org does not support, endorse, or facilitate any form of gambling with real-world currency on the platform. All activities within Donutroll.org are simulated and intended for recreational purposes only. While certain activities may involve chance or random outcomes, the results have no bearing on real-world monetary gains or losses. These activities are akin to arcade-style games, and any semblance to gambling is entirely fictional and divorced from actual monetary stakes.

Donutroll.org provides an entertainment service based on fandom and offers virtual content and currency revolving around the popular Minecraft server DonutSMP. By participating in the games, you explicitly acknowledge that these games are for entertainment purposes only and do not involve any opportunity to win real-world money or items. You agree to abide by all the rules and conditions specified for each game offered on Donutroll.org. Failure to comply with these rules may result in penalties, including but not limited to account suspension or termination.

Deposits and withdrawals of Donut Cash are subject to the availability of the Service. Donutroll.org shall not be liable for any delays, interruptions, or unavailability of these features. You acknowledge and agree that Donutroll.org shall not be responsible for any missing deposits or withdrawals resulting from technical issues, system malfunctions, user error, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

In the rare instance that you experience any issues pertaining to missing Donut Cash, you are expected to contact our on-site support team within 72 hours of the incident and must include proper evidence including uncut video proof of when the incident occurred. If these specifications are not met, our support team will not be able to assist you.

Once Donut Cash is placed in a bet for the first time, all refund possibilities are voided. Please note that even as such, our support team may not be able to fully assist you and we are not responsible for any on-site or in-game losses pertaining to the site.

Donutroll.org reserves the right to blacklist or suspend user accounts that violate the site's rules, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to manipulate the system through fraudulent means. Such actions may be taken at the sole discretion of Donutroll.org, and no prior warning will be given. Our moderators have the authority to take necessary actions, including but not limited to issuing warnings, suspending accounts, or permanently banning users, to maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for all users.

You understand and agree that your use of the Service is at your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Donutroll.org shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to technical issues, interruptions, or losses related to Donut Cash usage. Donutroll.org shall not be liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Service's content, including virtual descriptions, prices, or availability.

You shall not engage in any activity that undermines the integrity of the Service, including but not limited to using bots, automation, or any third-party software to manipulate or exploit the platform. Engaging in cheating, hacking, or any form of dishonest behavior on Donutroll.org will result in immediate termination of your Account and may be reported to relevant authorities if necessary.

Donutroll.org shall not be liable for any disruptions, delays, or failures in performance resulting from unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, including but not limited to system failures. In the event of force majeure, Donutroll.org will make reasonable efforts to resume the Service as soon as practicable.

Donutroll.org reserves the right to terminate or suspend your Account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, and without prior notice. Account termination may occur if you violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, attempt to manipulate the platform through fraudulent means, or breach any of the specified rules and conditions.

Please note that Donutroll.org is not responsible for any bans including but not limited to Minecraft account termination/bans, DonutSMP suspensions, or any in-game limitations. In the event of Account termination due to a breach of these Terms, you shall forfeit any rights or claims to virtual content or Donut Cash on the platform.

In the event of a bot account receiving a ban, please be aware that the site will undergo a comprehensive removal of all Donut Cash and content pertaining to the affected game type. In such instances, we are unable to offer refunds. This policy is a necessary measure to ensure the integrity and fairness of our gaming community.

All virtual content and assets provided by Donutroll.org are the property of Donutroll.org or their respective owners and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You shall not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any virtual content or assets from Donutroll.org without explicit permission.

Donutroll.org may experience downtime or technical issues occasionally, including maintenance periods or system upgrades. Donutroll.org shall not be liable for any losses or damages resulting from these disruptions.

Donutroll.org reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. You agree that your continued use of the Service after the posting of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes via the website or other appropriate means.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
